Here is a link to the Final Report on the assessment of the V.I. Zoning and Subdivision Code, prepared under contract for DPNR. Public meetings for discussion of the report are being scheduled by DPNR for August 5-7, 2009, on St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix. Watch for the publicity.
